Pricing

One fee. On the invoice. No surprises.

FabriMatch charges a flat 10% platform fee on each closed order — shown on the offer before you accept, itemised on every invoice, and refunded in full if the order is cancelled before production starts.

No credit card required. You pay only once you accept a quote.

The order, sectioned — 10% sits on top of the factory price, never inside it.

Every guarantee has a remedy

Your payment held until your inspection passes, the platform fee waived when a first offer misses the 2-hour window, and a 3-stage dispute path with deadlines. Each one is testable against the platform.

What the fee buys that other platforms don’t ship

The 10% is not a toll. It is the rail underneath the order.

01

Flat 10% — visible on every invoice

Every quote line-items the 10% platform fee separately, and there is no hidden markup on the manufacturer's price. Instant-quote marketplaces layer a spread you never see; Alibaba hides handling inside FX.

Auditable COGS for your finance team, and no surprise margin at reorder.

02

EUR-native, released on your approval

FabriMatch holds your payment and releases it to the factory only after you approve the inspection. The factory is then paid by SEPA transfer — no card-rail fees and none of the 2–4% FX spread a USD wire costs. To be exact: this is a platform-held payment, not a licensed escrow account, and the order timeline shows its state at every step.

0% FX on EU↔EU legs, an auditable hold, and a dispute window built in.

03

KSeF-ready Polish e-invoicing

FabriMatch is wired to inFakt and the Polish National e-Invoicing System. Invoices are generated, structured and dispatched to KSeF — mandatory for Polish B2B from 2026.

One less vendor in your tax stack, and zero manual KSeF re-entry.

04

DAC7-compliant reporting

EU platforms must report seller data to tax authorities. FabriMatch collects, validates and submits it automatically. US platforms largely do not — their sellers carry the retroactive exposure.

You stay off the audit list without hiring a compliance team.

05

Verified suppliers, not scraped listings

Every supplier clears KYB: company registration, VAT, bank account, certifications and export history. A paid badge on another marketplace is a marketing tier. Ours is a gate — unverified profiles are not listed, not matched and not counted.

No “the factory turned out to be a trading company” surprises.

06

Split refunds and dispute triage

When a shipment is partly defective, a partial release plus proportional commission reversal happens in one atomic step. The dispute engine classifies the issue, estimates remediation and proposes a split.

An 18% reject batch does not cost you 100% of the order value.

07

Production telemetry, not black-box status

Stage-by-stage updates, stage photos, and an on-time record per supplier. Not “shipped” — “stage 3 of 5, heat treatment, photos attached.”

A real ETA for your production plan instead of guesswork.

08

Transparent affiliate revenue share

Refer an EU buyer and earn a flat 10% of FabriMatch's platform fee on every order they place in their first 12 months. Paid in EUR by SEPA. No tier gates, no recruitment quotas.

Consultants and sourcing agencies get a real recurring line of revenue.

FabriMatch holds your payment and releases it to the factory only after you approve the inspection. If you raise a dispute inside the 3-day inspection review window, nothing is released; disputes support full, partial or split refunds with proportional commission reversal.
