Your buyer's order completes
Commission is calculated on the platform fee we actually charged on that order and recorded against your account the same day. Nothing is discretionary.
Refund hold
The commission sits in a hold that covers the refund and chargeback window. You can see the exact release date for every single commission in your dashboard — not just a total.
Available to withdraw
It moves to your available balance. Once that balance is over €50, you can request a payout whenever you like.
SEPA transfer to your IBAN
We review and send within 3 business days of your request. We monitor that deadline internally and get alerted when we miss it.
What we are not going to ask of you.
No quota
There is no minimum number of referrals, no monthly target, and nothing expires because you had a quiet quarter.
No exclusivity
Keep working with Xometry, Hubs, your existing suppliers, anyone. We are not asking for your book.
No cost
No setup fee, no subscription, no lead-list purchase. If we ever ask a partner for money, something has gone badly wrong.
No tiers
Everyone earns 10% of our platform fee, first referral or fiftieth. There is no ladder to climb and no rate to negotiate.
No test to pass
No certification, no onboarding course, and you do not have to recruit a factory before you can refer a buyer.
No surprise clawback
If an order is fully refunded while the commission is still in its 30-day hold, the pending commission is cancelled. If the refund lands after the commission was already paid out, the amount is deducted from your next commissions — we never ask you to send money back.
This works well if…
- You already advise EU companies on where to get parts made
- Your clients order series, not one-off prototypes — the fee, and so your commission, scales with order value
- They reorder. Every order inside the 12-month window pays you again
- You would rather send a client somewhere with published rate cards than take a supplier kickback
It probably will not if…
- Your buyers are outside the EU. You can join from anywhere, but the buyer has to be EU-based for us to serve them
- You are looking for paid-per-click or paid-per-signup. Nothing pays until a real order completes
- You need money this month. First commission is an order plus a 30-day hold away
- Your traffic is untargeted. Sub-€100 orders do not qualify, and volume without intent earns nothing
