The operational rules and ethical standards required for participation in the FabriMatch manufacturing network.

Buyer/Client Protocols

  • Technical Integrity: All uploaded CAD files must be accurate and representative of the final product intended for production.
  • Financial Commitment: Order payments must be secured within the Escrow system before production commencement.
  • Professional Communication: High-trust collaboration in the Deal Room is mandatory for all negotiation sessions.

Manufacturer Standards

  • Quality Assurance: Adherence to specified tolerances and material grades is non-negotiable. Quality reports must be provided with every batch.
  • Timeline Management: Lead times quoted must be realistic. Repeated delays may result in platform downgrading or suspension.
  • Capacity Transparency: Suppliers must maintain up-to-date capacity profiles to ensure the AI matching engine remains accurate.

Strict Prohibitions

Circumventing the platform fee (disintermediation), attempts to solicit off-platform payments, and the sharing of sensitive industrial IP with unauthorized third parties are strictly forbidden and will result in permanent removal from the network.
