Coverage

Whatever your shop makes, there is a category for it.

Buyers pick a material and an industry; you pick the processes you run. Both sides read from one list, so an RFQ can never arrive for something no supplier is able to declare.

Process

Three steps, and the first one takes an afternoon.

  1. 01

    List your capabilities

Processes, materials, certifications, capacity and lead times. Free-text is fine where the list does not fit your shop — a human reads it during verification.

  2. 02

    Clear verification

Company registration, VAT number and bank account. Verified suppliers are the only ones the matcher can see, so this step is what gets you RFQs at all.

  3. 03

    Quote, win, get paid

Matched RFQs arrive with drawings attached. Return a binding offer inside 2 hours, negotiate if you need to, and receive a SEPA transfer 3 days after the buyer approves the parts.

Why shops stay

The parts of the deal you usually have to chase.

Qualified buyers only

Every RFQ comes from a registered European company with a real project. No lead resale, no anonymous enquiries, no bidding against fifty shops.

You are paid on a schedule, not on a phone call

The buyer's money is held before production starts. When the inspection is approved, the payout is scheduled automatically and lands 3 days later by SEPA.

The fee is on the buyer's invoice, not inside your price

FabriMatch charges the buyer 10% and itemises it. Your quoted price is the price the buyer sees as yours — we never mark it up and never ask you to discount to cover us.

No paid tiers

There is no premium listing, no promoted placement and no subscription that buys a better position. Matching runs on capability, compliance and delivery record.

FAQ

Questions shops ask before signing up

Yes. Creating a profile, passing verification and receiving RFQs cost nothing. There is no subscription and no per-RFQ charge.

B2B production orders from European companies across 13 industries — metal and machining, plastics, additive, electronics, composites, wood, textiles, packaging, regulated and medical, mobility, finishing, assembly and inspection.

The buyer pays before production starts and FabriMatch holds the money — this is a platform-held payment, not a licensed escrow account. When the buyer approves the inspection, the payout is scheduled and reaches you by SEPA 3 days later.

Register the closest match and describe the rest in your profile. The taxonomy is maintained centrally, and processes are added when suppliers ask for them.

Around 15 minutes for the profile. Verification depends on your documents — EU registrations usually clear the same day; suppliers outside the EU are reviewed by a person and take longer.

Ready to receive EU RFQs?

Early access — we are onboarding the first cohort of verified suppliers, and RFQs are matched against whoever is verified at the time they arrive.
