How referral commissions work

Your commission is a share of what FabriMatch charges, never added to your client's price. 40–50% of our platform fee for the first 6 months of each client, then 20–30%.

A FabriMatch partner earns a percentage of the platform fee, not of the order value. The fee is 10% by default and is already included in the price the buyer agrees to, so referring a buyer costs them nothing extra. Your share depends on your level, which follows the order value your referred buyers placed over the last 12 months.

Worked example: a €32,500 order

The platform fee at the default rate is 10% × €32,500 = €3,250. Your commission is your level's share of that fee:

Goldfrom €250,00050% → 30%24 months€1,625 → €975

The window is counted from the referred buyer's first order (placed within the same period of their signup). Every order they place inside it, including reorders, earns a commission: the higher share for orders in their first 6 months, the base share after. The share is fixed when the order is created. Buyers with high lifetime volume pay a lower fee, so the same order earns proportionally less.

From order to your bank account

  1. Order is paid. The referred buyer's order is paid. Orders under €100 earn no commission.
  2. Order is delivered. Your commission is booked when the goods are delivered and starts a 30-day hold.
  3. Hold ends. If the order was not fully refunded, the commission becomes available in your balance.
  4. You request a payout. Once your balance reaches €50 and your IBAN and tax details are on file, request a payout.
  5. SEPA transfer. We review and send it within 3 business days; your bank adds a day or two.

What happens if an order is refunded

If an order is fully refunded while the commission is still in its 30-day hold, the pending commission is cancelled. If the refund lands after the commission was already paid out, the amount is deducted from your next commissions — we never ask you to send money back.

Before your first payout

EU rules (DAC7) require us to collect your legal name, tax ID and country of residence. Commission earned before you submit them is held, not lost. It starts its release clock the moment you do.
