Sourcing agents and procurement consultants can join the FabriMatch referral program from any country. Your clients must be EU-based companies buying custom manufactured parts. You are credited for up to 24 months of their orders, and the commission is a share of our platform fee, so the price your client agrees to does not change.
How it differs from reselling
- The buyer pays through Stripe and the factory is paid out only after delivery is approved, so you carry no payment risk.
- Your client sees published rate cards and an itemised fee, which makes the recommendation easy to defend.
- Your credit is fixed at the client's signup and applies to reorders as well.
Questions agents ask
Do I resell parts or take a margin on the order?
No. You refer; the buyer orders from the manufacturer through FabriMatch, and Stripe Connect handles payment through inspection approval and delivery. Your income is 40–50% of our platform fee for the first 6 months of each client, then 20–30%, so it does not depend on marking up your client's price.
Does my client pay more because I referred them?
No. The platform fee is included in the agreed price whether or not a partner referred the buyer. Your commission comes out of our fee.
How long do I keep earning on a client?
12–24 months from the client's first order, depending on your level; the first order has to come within the same period of their signup. Every order in that window counts, including reorders.
What if my client was also referred by someone else?
We record who referred you for 30you used within 7 days of signing up, in which case they are. Credit is fixed at signup and never changes afterwards. It costs you nothing either way.
Can I keep my own quoting relationship with the client?
Yes. The buyer can still talk to you about drawings, tolerances and timelines. The order itself is placed, paid and tracked on FabriMatch, which is what attributes it to you.
