# Pricing — FabriMatch

> B2B marketplace for custom manufactured parts: EU buyers, verified manufacturers in the EU and China.

## Buyers
- Platform fee: 10% of the accepted manufacturer quote, added on top of it (the manufacturer receives its full quote)
- Shown on the offer before you accept and itemised on the invoice
- Minimum fee: €15 per order
- Loyalty: buyers above €250,000 lifetime order value pay less, down to 7%
- No subscription, no setup fee, no per-RFQ fee; posting a request and getting quotes is free
- Fee refunded in full if the order is cancelled before production starts
- Currency: EUR, paid by SEPA bank transfer
- Payment protection: FabriMatch holds your payment and releases it to the factory only after you approve the inspection. The buyer has 3 days to review the inspection.
- Quote guarantee: A binding offer from a real producer within 2 hours, or our platform fee is waived on the resulting order.

## Manufacturers
- Free: no join fee, no subscription, no commission — the platform fee is charged to the buyer
- Paid by SEPA 3 days after the buyer approves the inspection

## Partners (referral program)
- Partner: 10% of the platform fee, for 12 months from the referred buyer's signup
- Silver: 15% of the platform fee, for 18 months from the referred buyer's signup (from €50,000 referred order value in the last 12 months)
- Gold: 20% of the platform fee, for 24 months from the referred buyer's signup (from €250,000 referred order value in the last 12 months)
- Paid by SEPA once the balance reaches €50

## Example
A manufacturer quotes €1,000. The buyer pays €1,100: €1,000 to the manufacturer and €100 platform fee.
